Arabic Education Study Program of UIN Sunan Kalijaga expands international cooperation with Malaysia's leading campus, UPM (Universiti Putra Malaysia). Implementation of International Cooperation between arabic education Study Program at FITK UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and Arabic Literature Study Program, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Selangor Malaysia. In fact, this international collaboration has long been established since 2018, when the UPM delegation came to the arabic education Study Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga for teaching assistance activities. Alhamdulillah, now is the time for Arabic Education Study Program Sunan Kalijaga Study Program to appear at UPM Malaysia.

10 lecturers of Arabic Education study program UIN Sunan Kalijaga presented scientific papers in the International Seminar at the Faculty of Modern Language and Communication UPM Malaysia which was held at Bilik Seri Amar Faculty of Modern Language and Communication UPM Malaysia, on August 18, 2023. Alhamdulillah, the delegation of UIN Sunan Kalijaga was welcomed very warmly by all parties of UPM Malaysia. This visit was also a valuable experience for lecturers for International Benchmarking and Academik Forum with scientific presentations in front of Arabic Education study program UIN Sunan Kalijaga lecturers, UPM students and also lecturers of Arabic Literatures of UPM Malaysia.

This activity is also in the context of implementing the international accreditation of FIBAA of this study program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Hopefully, the organization of this international academic forum will be able to become a good international academic atmosphere, and also become more globalized.
